I am looking to rent a car with a driver, on a monthly basis.

I have searched around and found some rental agencies which can provide a driver, but I am wondering if anyone has personal experiences with this and could recommend some agency (or another means of getting car + driver)?

Thanks.

Our company works with Premier. The base salary is 10 K per month, with the monthly rent/leasing fee ranging around 30 K for a PJS. However, I have a big warning for you: most of the expats who have a driver have found out that their driver "pads" his hourly reports (and one of them was found out to having had reimbursed one tankful a day of gasoline while his expat was in Europe...). As they did not check when signing, it was later found out that the drivers made at least 17-20 K on top of their monthly salary in overtime pay.

So, be aware that you will have to be on the back of your driver if you do not want to get cheated. Despite this free reign, there was a high turnover among our drivers (English-speaking ones are quite apt at finding work easily).

Thanks for the details.

However, I can't quite figure out what 'PJS' stands for, could you clarify? :)

Thanks.
