Red Pandas, Where?

Featured Replies

my daughter recently saw a video featuring a a pair of red pandas. She was pretty excited about them and has become almost obsessed.

I have to agree with her, they are incredibly cute, so i decided that i am going to try to get her a pair for Christmas, we have a pretty big yard, and a large bamboo hedge so there is plenty of room for them. We already have a cat, so she is good with animals.

I realize they are not your run of the mill pet, but i figure i can probably afford a couple of thousand dollars and i am willing to pay for transport. I figure it is worth it because they will probably be around for at least 10 years.

Does anyone out there know who to talk to about this? im sure there must be someone out there who can help me.

Im in Bangkok but i'm will to travel to make this happen. Id obviously like to get it sorted before Christmas so pm me with with details.

oh, i would prefer pups or at least juveniles.

thanks in advance.

The Red Panda is classed as a vulnerable species by the UN so I sure hope you can't get your hands on one.

Edited to add:

Protected by CITES and also does not like hot climates, please do the world a favour and stop your quest.
