Does Anyone Watch The Epl In Hd Via True Online Package (350 Baht/month)?

Featured Replies

Tried searching but without success.

The only thing I watch on Truevisions is the Premier League coverage. I am not worried about watching recorded games, and the package for True Online claims (haha) to show 5 live games every weekend and the other games are available online for up to 7 days. All this available for 350 baht/month on top of the Internet fee.

Since I feel like a muppet paying a combined total of close to 3,000 baht a month for Truevisions + Internet, I would much prefer to pay 899+350(+tax) for just the Internet and their EPL Package.

Therefore, my simple questions are:

1. Does anyone have experience of using the EPL Package with their True Ultra Hi-Speed service.

2. Is there a problem with buffering? I am guessing not, as surely the stream is from a local server.

3. Is the picture quality really HD?

4. Is it possible to download the video stream?

Thank you in advance for any sensible replies.

Scott

If your internet connection is good enough then I suggest streaming free on a site such as usagoalsdotcom.

Why pay the extra 350 Baht?

Thanks for the reply. I have gone down that road before with various streaming sites. Picture quality is OK, but relying on international bandwidth produces mixed results.

More than willing to pay 350 baht/month if the picture quality is good. Plus, you can watch the games later if you missed them, which you can't do with a site that only does live streams.

I know what u mean 350 makes streaming sound not worth the hassle, but for many the 12 mth contract may be an issue. .As you said Streaming in thailand can be hit and miss, if you or anyone else wants to double check streaming this site is great and is like the 'radio times' for sports streamers, also gives you a choice of soft ware to use, which, especially abroad, is doubly useful. From my expirence Sopcast has proved 2 b EXCELLENT http://www.wiziwig.t...php?part=sports

A thing 2 remember might be, that true aint got the championship highlights any more!!!!!wai2.gif

I am sure you will pay a lot more than 350 baht, you also have service fee, and have to combine with knowledge silver gold or platinum package.

Maybe, but as I understand the Internet package has nothing to do with having a Truevisions set top box, so I am assuming no need to have a knowledge, silver, gold or platinum package. I could be wrong though.
