Passports must be collected at the ACS section by the applicant or authorized representative. An appointment is not necessary to pick up your passport. When I actually got there with the paperwork, they told me that it could be mailed and I had to go to a Thai post office within the embassy and purchase a mailing envelope. Everything worked out fine and I avoided a second trip to Bangkok." Even better, see there's an outreach in Pattaya 5th June, may go there to submit pp renewal application and have it mailed, instead of getting in and out of Bangkok.
