Gluten Free Food Anywhere In Thailand?

Featured Replies

I have a dietary allergy known as Coeliac disease.

This is where one is allergic to Gluten which is found in wheat.

Wheat is found in many products not just bread, cakes butalso in many sauces and even on flavoured crisps.

This is very common in Westen Countries and there are large countries who produce Gluten Free foods

such as bread, biscuits, cakes, pies etc.

Does anyone know of any shops in Thailand where one can buy Gluten Free products.

HI Pormax,

We sell many gluten free products including quiona, buckwheat flour and buckwheat groats and oat groats.

We an an online health food store here in Thailand. We have been selling health food now for over 2years. Ordering is done via a shopping cart from the website...

There is also a bakery in Bangkok called Sunshine Bakery that makes all Gluten-free treats.

Good luck!

Thanks for your reply.

It is mainly bread and rolls that I am after so the 'Sunshine Market' which hasa specialized bakery sounds good.

Unfortunately gluten is used extensively in a range of sauces and also no-food products such as soy sauce, cosmetics and toothpaste.
