Permethrin?

Unavailable at pharmacies.

What do they use for scabies here?

I think the mange mite is the same family as scabies; so how is that treated in thailand on humans?

Is there anything i can get at the pharmacies?

Tee tree oil?

PS Why does the spell check not work on TV but does in my email on firefox???

Sounds a bit like ringworm (a fungus). If it spreads further and is a ring you'll know. You can catch it easily from strays. It isn't hard to get rid of, but can take a long time. There are antifungal creams to take care of it. It can also come back weeks layer and sometimes moves around.

Post a picture.

Could be flea bites, in which case (assuming no more contact with the cat) it will resolve on its own.

If it persists and forms a clear ring then ringworm is possible, treatment is clotrimazole and readily available over the counter (an intment)
