Thanks for your replies, the context is for describing someone (negatively) who pursues a married man/woman and knowingly/intentionally destroys the family unit.

Forgot to post Thai spelling, แย่งผัว

If you google it it brings up hits mainly on facebook pages.

This would be a husband stealer. Does she know of a more generic term that would also include wife stealing, along with breaking apart a family (i.e. there are kids invlolved)?

GF says yaeng means to like steal someone. Wife stealer would be yaeng mia but they don't use it. They just say kik. Some might say i saat.
