Where Can I Buy Carpets For Flooring?

Where CAN I BUY CARPETS FOR FLOORING? Shops?

I want to cover floor tiles Because it looks so old.

Anyone who knows where to buy?

Carpet floor coverings are not advised due to the dust, the insects and the humidity at various times of the year.

If you like large rugs there are people who sell them as you are leaving the car park of Tesco on 108. I've looked at them a couple of times and they seem to be quite good quality ones from India. I think these people move around a bit as they are not always there.

Yes, rugs are the way to go. Forget fitted or large piece carpeting. Homepro have a limited range of nice rugs.

A Carpet store is on Highway 1317 right near airport plaza

The name of the place is Carpets Inter and it's located right here: http://goo.gl/maps/OdsAA

I would also recommend Carpets Inter. We have bought several there over time, including one of their cheaper one by the meter off a roll that we then cut to fit the bathroom floor (one that never gets wet, of course). We have also bought a large wool one.

I don't find it on the google map( highway 1317). How far is it from airport plaza? From which road?

Thanks,

Come down Mahidol road towards the airport, as you get towards Airport Plaza it is on the left, quite a big sign.

I bought some rugs a few years ago and just as I suspected, they mildewed during the first rainy season living in this house. The smell was horrible. Tried to clean them but could not get the stains out. Even the dog wouldn't sleep on them after that. The ones we got for upstairs didn't mildew but began to disintegrate from the sun and there were carpet fibers everywhere requiring endless vacuuming. Tossed 'em in the trash long ago.
