The obligatory cat shot.

It is traditional (allegedly) to mark the arrival of a new camera by taking a photo of your cat. If you don't have a cat I am not sure what you do. Anyway, this is my "new" camera, a 46 year old Yashica medium format film camera.

Nice. Many years ago I had that exact same model. For those not aware it is a Twin Lens Reflex (TLR) as opposed to the SLRs.

It's good example, looks like it just came out of the factory. Taking lens was a bit hazy though so I found a new one on eBay and now it should be good for a few more years. Such a delight to shoot with. If you are prepared to go for the more recent, and a little more plastic 124 or 124G, there are plenty on eBay at reasonable prices. And the biggest stockist of film on eBay just happens to live in Bangkok!

Didn't know where to put this and didn't want to start a new topic so ... I've seen lots of squirrels in Thailand outside my office but this is the first chipmunk as far as I can remember. Baby hiding behind a drain and the mother having a fit trying to get him out with all the humans around. Not great quality as only had my phone with me.
