I do tend to agree on the flavour component SJ.

Although I do prefer a spicy Thai , rather than a fragrant Indian .

Busy with work and the holidays. I peruse TV every so often but not much changes. I like the food photography and several other topics that are non-confrontational (not that I don't like a little confrontation every now and then). Still a couple of years from making the move to Thailand, but getting closer. Take care, hopefully the government will settle itself out between now and then.
