Strange Names For Moo Baans

Passed a Moo Baan this morning called "Rich Perfect", which seems a strange name to call a place.... TV Members spotted any other strange Moo Baan names?

The place is crying out for a Strawberry Fields.......but how to convince a Thai developer that Strawberry Fields is way classier than Rich Perfect?

There is a moo ban in Khon Kaen called Ban Seow. Always makes me chuckle
