Varying Fxs Rates On Silom

Recommended Posts

Best rate yesterday was at a small unglamourous both named 'Super rich' in a food area near Thaniya CAD1 = THB28.50.

BKK Bank I forget, but it was 2nd best to SUPER RICH

SCB 28.34

Krung Thai the worst 28.19

The other difference between Singapore, Cambodia and Thailand is the huge spread on some currencies at Thai banks (well, Kasikorn). Currencies that sound solid but you'd have to be a fool or desperate to exchange them here. Or maybe I never noticed and the rouble and some Gulf State currencies are unwanted everywhere there isn't a lot of trade by companies from there. Hong Kong is vastly superior for doing any currency exchanges. Even dinky Cambodia is better than Thailand. But to be fair, India is an international businessman's nightmare compared to Thailand.
