hi all here..i wish to know 'if thai lady marry with Usa citizen and get marry in Thailand already.( get Marry 4 months now)

thai lady never get marry in thailand before but, she has daugther 10y.o...

if she and daugther want go visit her husband in the usa ..what she should to start about visa??...

maybe,have some one can help and tell her to do that she no have much money to pay some company to do all visa for her...

my understanding is the most important thing to show is that you intend to return to thailand. have proof of land ownership, job, family staying here, etc. if married, you may have to show your husband plans to return with you or they may think you are trying to emigrate over there without the K3 marriage visa.

Why don't you state your sitution instead of pretending to be someone else? I can't see the point
