never been with eva before but decided to book a direct flight instead of stopping off. (business class)

how are the seats, Im also guessing there plane is always full as its a direct flight.

what can i expect from there biz lounge in heathrow food , showers , drinks , wifi. and if so are they free.

i read somewhere they use AA lounge is this true.

please let me know if you have flew with eva i love to hear some first hand reviews good points and bad points.

Flew with them business class last June..same route ....lounge ok at Heathrow..usual biz class conveniences. Cannot remember who they share with but a quick google of Heathrow should tell you.

Plane and flight very nice, only downside is that the seat slopes downward a little too much for my liking so you constantly slip down when sleeping. I have switched to BA now and get a flat seat with a privacy screen, so one has one's own little pod, very good sleep.

Eva Air food was good, hostesses very pretty and attentive, almost stayed on board to Taiwan.smile.png On the whole would use them again, but if price was matched I would go for the flat bed option with BA for the almost perfect journey.

Seats are much like the Thai 747 biz seats in terms of comfort. Sloping and a bit hard and lumpy, but you can sleep.

The (American Airlines) lounge has showers and free food and drink. Food is nothing special. Salad and cookies and usually some hot pasta. There are TVs and internet. It's much nicer than sitting outside with the crowds.

It's not the greatest business class, but the value for money is decent and maybe the best on the route. Certainly for non stop. I have also flown BA before which was much better, but that was an op up. BA is too dear for me.

I thought the food on the plane was nothing special. But then it bugs me when they serve dinner over courses instead of plonking a tray down like in economy. I just want to eat and sleep.
