Skype/tango On Kids Tablets

Hi All,

I'm not particularly tech savvy therefore would appreciate a little guidance as follows:

1. My childrens (10" GPAD) tablets are fitted with Skype & front/rear cameras but calls thus far are only possible without seeing either party because I can not work out how to turn the camera on (none of the obvious signs are present-I am familiar with skype on a PC).

2. TANGO has been suggested as an alternative but when I logged in on the kids machienes using their email addresses I couldn't "invite" other family members as their (my sons) email accounts are stand alone accounts & the TANGO template was looking for accounts (syncronising/looking for address book) that aren't there and cannot be added via their machienes.
