Truevisions Tv Going Green Promotion

Featured Replies

Just thought I would throw an FYI, Truevision's TV is offering a "Going Green" promotion. If you cancel their monthly magazine delivery they will upgrade your television viewing package one level for free for two months. You can get the magazine digitally for free by iphone app, the web or andoird market.

I have gone one step further than you. I have gone really green, permanently too. I have cancelled my subscription with effect from the end of this month and asked them to remove the dish and decoder accordingly. Can't get greener than that!

Ha i wish i had the bo**icks to do that but its the footy but your right when that goes im going green too and will save 2000 baht in the proccess will spend that on better internet connection and watch what i want when i want for free and no watching the same things day in day out and oh yes 1000 adverts an hour RANT OVER! (feel better now)

How about having your TV recycled into a flower box?

I'm using their dish to grow some wheat grass. It's green and watching it grow is better than watching most TrueVisions channels.

I'd love to do the same, but from what i gather, live sport via the internet remains a touch and go business. And for me it's not only the footie that is a must have, it's the F1, it's the golf - esp Ryder Cup, it's the snooker, it's the tennis, it's the rugby... can the internet really reliably offer me all those sports?

As far as the True mag is concerned, complete waste of paper now they have cut down its size.

All I know is that when your tv goes green it's time for a new one.

Yes it can, I get all the true sports channels for a price of 1,000 baht for 300 days! 1 slight drawback is its only in Thai but this doesn't bother me much. If you want info on it p.m me and I will explain it to you.
