Hi Guys i am a US Citizen and i want to get my Thai girlfriend a tourist visa for enter the US, trouble is that she is still married to a guy in the UK, where she has lived for the past eight years before returning to Thailand in 2012. The UK husband wont give her easy divorce. will i have any problems getting her a visa.

i wouldn't know, all the thai's that i know who applied with the exception of my daughter were women rather than girls.

i have found that the men dating adults seem to get a better reaction at the embassy.

I have no idea. However, traveling to USA with a US citizen who is paying for trip while still married to someone else cannot be in the TGF's favor. And they do ask what is the relation of the person paying for the trip to the applicant.

Good luck on your starting a new life together. However, trying for a US Tourist Visa for your partner, if you are indeed listed as the person paying for the trip, after establishing a relationship of less than 3 months may not be the best idea regardless of your partner's marital status.
