i am not familiar with Thailand property market, understood some of you here have some links or information on new townhome/condo projects going on around lum lu ka area. are you able to share with me tho pm or something. i have budget up to 1.5m baht.

For higher budget wise, does anyone know if a foreigner is eligible for home loan in thailand if im marry with a thai? i dont work in Thailand, so im quite sure its very troublesome so i wont want to exceed my budget.

Been through that area during the floods to visit some friends. Trust me, you don't want to buy in rangsit unless its practically free. Rent there is dirt cheap and there is no upside plus the potential of half a meter of water ruining your living room.
