Thaksin Will He Ever Return To Thailand?

It's been quite a few years now since Thaksin Shinawatra absconded from Thailand. Alledgedly to avoid prosecutions,for various misdemeaners. So out of curiosity I would like TV Members to give an opinion of the likelihood of his return or not?

To keep it simple,there are only 3 choices,Yes,No,or I'm not sure.

However, you may wish to give your reasons for your vote,in more detail (which would be welcome). I used to think he'd come back but now I think never. I think its a matter of bravery and lack therof. Even if he got things rigged so no punishment, it would be risky.
