My wife has a bar, everything is in her name, all the money goes in her bank account.

I have a non imm O multiple entry visa is can I work/help in the bar or do I need an work permit because some people say that with a non o you can wordk in a small familly bussines to support the family

ANY form of work requires a work permit, even helping in the family shop

Be VERY careful, even being in the bar and talking to customers may be construed as work.
