What's more common are stupid "news" stories, where some analyst claims that a poll represents big news for some candidate. Of course, basing any opinion on one poll means the opinion is worthless. Specifically, opinions based on the cross tabs of a poll are worth less than zero. If, for example, a poll has 1,000 participants, and you are looking for single Black women, there may be 10 in the poll, not enough for a normal curve. Worse, concatenating polls to generate a larger sample size has drawbacks because each poll presents the questions differently. Having said that, the top national polls usually get the final numbers fairly closely. I look for Trump to be averaging 47% in the last polls, and that should be close to the mark. -

Dear Folks, Sometimes I feel..... Sometimes I feel like just casting off my garb and walking naked down the road. Know what I mean....? I'm Free NOW Baby.......! What is the worst that might happen if I did so? They might take me to the Psycho Hospital in Chiang Mai, for evaluation, is probably all that might happen....is my guess. Would it not be worth it, though, just for a very brief moment of PURE freedom? I very much doubt that I will ever act on this impulse. But, would it not be FANTASTIC.....? Seeing a Farang just waltzing down the street, totally bereft of unnecessary garments.....? Have you ever thought about going naked....among the heathens....? Sometimes, thoughts such as these run through my head..... I have no idea where they originate..... I guess they must be some sort of primal urges within me. I am a very conservative sort of guy, most days. Maybe it's just some sort of primitive urge boiling up from my limbic system. Someday..... Someday I might actually act on this.....cast off my clothing.....and then.... You will read about me..... Someday. I look forward to that day....... Just wait...... You will read about me..... When someone in the news says "this should be taken private" it is usually followed by the words "And I know just the person to do it" but that part doesn't get printed. The entity goes private, and the owner sells the services back to the gov't for piles of money taken from tax payers. Another way for hypocritical fake-patriots to raid the gov't coffers. As in my post, I said I feed them 1 time a day unless they dry out which I check by lifting the bag/pot to feel the weight. The High Gas in the 30 x 30 airpot needs more than the Burpz's in the 40 x 30 felt bag, which is a bit root bound. It's a habit of me saying feeding instead of watering after 24 years of growing hydro veg's in LOS, and only a little in dirt, which I water and fertiagate with drip system. I did flush for 3 days(rain water) and lowered the EC to 1.4. The plants are flowering so I help Mrs rice put them under cover. Two of the 3 plants got damaged from a flash storm, broke up the Lost in Laos(GTH X GSC), lost 1/2 the plant. Pix's 1 & 2. High Gas. After flush and lower EC. 1+ week later. Pix's 3, 4 & 5. Burpz. Same as the above info and the striped fan leaves. Pix's 6, 7 & 8. Lost in Laos. Same info as above and 1/2 the plant, storm damage. -

For example the German government pension is taxable and asseable in Thailand according to DTA, so IMHO a lot of people are over 560K per year, maybe not in the case of us or uk penions agreed. There was a respectable German YT who reported that no taxes will be levied for holders of the Elite Visa. -

All of you are wrong. Full stop. This 10,000 baht scheme is paid out in credits, not Baht. You get 10,000b in credit which you can only spend in certain places. NO ONE gets cash they can withdraw. She took out 4000b of her own money. All transactions are done through the app, which is a backdoor for Thailand to become a cashless society. Hurricane Helene
This topic is in the Political section because the governor of Florida has eliminated mention of Climate Change in the government. Now, this monster hurricane, fueled by excessively warm ocean water, is bearing down on Tallahassee, the state capitol. 20 foot waves are predicted at landfall. Unless there is a miracle, the area between the ocean and Tallahassee is going to be flooded, maybe Tallahassee too. This one is going to kill a lot of the people who hunker down in their homes. Now is the time to get out of town.
