Does anyone know how to make the red chilli sauce that all Thai restaurants have on the table- the one with fresh chillis in.

This one? Fish sauce and chillis, sometimes garlic. Prik Nam Pla

Its quite easy to make you just need to make sure you have your salty (Fish Sauce ) Sweetness ( Palm Sugar) sourness (usually fresh lime juice) balanced then add chopped fresh chillies (Red or Green or a bit of both ) to your own liking some chopped Scallions(spring Onions ) and Garlic finely chopped . it might take a little experimenting to get the balnces right but it will be worth it Enjoy
