They sell name brand products at competitive prices and often have a wide variety. I always buy name brands for major items and warranty has never been a problem. They are hassle free and sometimes even have same day replacements available at their service centers. Many distributors and name brands also have service centers in Pantip. Smaller dealers have also honored the warranty period that have stated on hand written receipts.

Small stores don't want to pay that extra service charge for credit cards but will often add 3% if you want to use it. They get around the credit card issue by adding a disclaimer of no return and/or no warranty to the printed credit card receipt. Read what you sign.
