Tv Mount - Where To Buy?

Featured Replies

Another "where to buy" question...

I am looking for a free standing TV mount for use in a shop window.

It should be able to hold a 46 or 50 inch flat screen TV at a eight of about 160 cm.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Home pro has many. Make sure you check the box and get the right one. Same sized boxes for 30-45 inch and the 45-60 inch mounts.

I don't think I have come across anything like you are describing and I think Hans is talking about wall mounting brackets

which I don't think you are looking for?

I have seen many ceiling hung TV mounts in bars and supermarkets, but I think your best bet is to take a drawing of what

you want, with dimensions etc, to a local fabrication/welding shop. You can probably use the existing slot mounting point in

the TV adapted to fit on a local made stand or go for the ceiling mounting, which will still, probably, necessitate a visit to the

local fab/weld shop. Hope this helps. thumbsup.gif
