Solutions For Xbmc, Navi-X, Filmon, Mash-Up, Movies/live Streaming And Thailand's Broadband

Featured Replies

I am using XBMC on my WIN7 HTPC, and recently installed Navi-x, Mash-up, icefilms and some other great add-ons, repositories and xbmc programs for direct TV channels streaming, VOD and music.

The main problem I found is that a lot of the content has connection issues (either not load at all, load slow, buffering etc.) from Thailand (FilmOn adult channels work great tho...lol), although I am on a TRUE 50mbit DOCSIS package.

I realize that some of the slow connections issues may be "repairable" by providing different routing, maybe a non-thai proxy/VPN.

My question is: does anyone know and can suggest a good solution for this?

P.S. A bit off topic, but I HIGHLY recommend this kind of setup to anyone who hasn't tried it, especially with this remote:

http://www.pulse-eight.com/store/products/96-motorola-nyxboard-remote-designed-for-xbmc.aspx (and no, I am not affiliated in any way or form with pulse-eight).

i've tried xbmc a few time .. however i always get lots of error file not found errors on every selection so end up removing it each time

error files tend to come from old packages being installed, always check to make sure you have the most up to date to start
