Yes, all inputs have risen in price to a very large extent over fifteen years, labor probably most of all, and that's the largest component the way they build here.

If you're thinking of investing that kind of money here I sure hope you refine your methods of due diligence research beyond posting to tv.com

Moving to the Real estate/housing/condos forum

In my opinion, it depends on the maintenance in the building , area and popular. If you want to buy condo over 10 years for investing, you should focus on the location which is the most important, at lease you get the profit by the land price.

For this condo, I can't say anything due to I have never seen it.
