The 'my Yahoo' Page

Featured Replies

I wonder if there is a Yahoo aficionado who can tell me why the 'Currency Convertor' option/content, which I have on my page and which worked perfectly well for years now only very seldom does - ie now the table fills up only once in a blue moon but is otherwise empty. How to remedy this?

I can't explain why, but have the same issue. Tried contacting Yahoo, but no response.

I quit using My Yahoo a while back because the "dashboard" wasn't that useful anymore.

I set my browser opening homepage to my Yahoo Inbox.

You can try out the foreign exchange widget / sidebar thing.

I did a conversion on XE.com then bookmarked the results page onto my always visible browser bookmark tool bar.

Now I just click the bookmark and the page opens with a fresh result every time, no need to re-do the from/to currencies.

Yes, but your method I think will give you just the rate for the particular two currencies' fx. Yahoo's was a table showing 4 cross-rates of your choice. I liked the latter because I have funds and expenses in more than just the one currency.

OK, your OP just mentioned currency converter. I used to have all my funds/stocks entered for tracking, so I understand you have put some effort into building the table. Guess you just keep pestering Yahoo about it then, or find something that works better or at least works.
