Hi! Newbie here with a question. Is there a company in Chiang Mai that will take care renting your house out for vacation goers. Be responsible for cleaning the place before and after the guest's stay? Be responsible for welcoming the guests when they arrive? Does such a service even exist? Any advise about the above questions is also much appreciated. Thank you.
