There used to be a stand at the entrance home pro connected to central shopping center in kathu. They installed the motor cheaper than competition and were reliable. Replacing the parts was quick also. Not sure price but try there.

I've know idea on costings for the electric motor and remotes, but i'd be interested to, just bought a new place, great grates, but no auto electric opener, i've been asking and the price, not confirmed, just a Thai engineer saying under 10k, but as usual that will be no where near the real price
