The Buffalo Farm is located in the town of Sam Chuk in Suphanburi Province, off of Hwy 340. The best way to get there is to take a mini-van that goes to either Sam Chuk or Tha Chang (located just north of Sam Chuk). Unfortunately, I don't have any idea where these mini-vans leave from in Bangkok. Hopefully someone else can help you locate the departure point. The trip should take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

1,5 hrs is hopeless optimistic-or perhaps vying for death by speeding.

Vans to Suphan come aplenty-there must be at least 5 different stops, but it seems they slightly differ between underway and terminal points. Anyway: at least 3 from just aside that by many TV users so maligned Khao sarn rd-the big raod Ratchdamnern, between the new BKK/BMA-museum and Sanam Luang-that side, and also from across the bridge in Thonburi-PATA and Centran Pinklao. Fare about 120/140 bt, lve when full, mostly stops combined with Kanchanaburi vans-but open mouth, ask and ticketsellers will point you (even this basic way to do escapes most www-only users). I think finding vans back the other side may be more of a challenge. DO make very sure when around what time the last van back to BKK is supposed to go-can be as early as 16/17.00

For those too fearful for the vans: there are still normal big buses, to either Suphan or onward via TaChang to some other place, from the new Sai Thai Taling Chan-buses 507,511 end there, 556, 515,124,123 pass by- these are mostly about hourly.

Any mini vans from Victory Monument? I stay around Onnut, so trying to track down the places you mention probably would take me as long as the trip to Suphan...
