Is it just me or does there seem to be more of these arrests taking place of late in Thailand? Foreign criminals who used to be able to hide away in Thailand are now facing the tightening of security around the world. Good thing if you ask me.

I really sorry for that but Thailand made exellent enviroment for mobs from past Soviet Union to hide and live here.
