Perhaps not all you need.....If you search TV there are a couple of old threads about the train journey and market.

Dozens of You Tubes (http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=maeklong+market).and just type into google Mae Klong Station or Mae Klong train market for more info.

I also sent you a link to another forum (2Bangkok) which has plenty of pics and info (timetables as well).

The station is planned to be moved north (though for the last 5 years), so it may not be at the market site in 5-10 yrs time.

Easiest way to get there is an early morning SRT train from Wong Wiang Yai station (1km from WWY BTS station) to Mahachai/Samut Sakhon. You then cross the river via ferry and walk 600m to the station (only 4 services a day) and train to Samut Songkhram (Mae Klong). That is the basics, detail in the links.
