Good size 4 posting images on TV

Featured Replies

Title sez it all,

Good size 4 posting images on TV,

so TV can properly resize them,

without causing page view problems,

yet to be able to 'click' 4 a larger view.

I do want the larger view available,

I do not want to screw up the page format.

Cheers

If you're linking to Flickr or something similar then 800x600 or 1024x768 will fit on most screens without screwing the page formatting.

But, if you use the 'attach files' menu in the full editor you can add pretty well any size you like as long as it doesn't go over the attachment limit of 100MB and the forum software will generate a thumbnail for you.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

The 1024x768 size seems to cause problems with a few people... But seems to be acceptable for the majority. I think it maybe something to do with computer screen settings, but not sure!

Both Picasa or Flickr give the options for sizing! thumbsup.gif(actually I think Flickr does, not used it in a while! ) wink.png

(With Picasa though, do not use Google plus, bah.gif for some reason it do not allow the smaller size image, which says "for web"... but it is too large for the forum here! ) w00t.gif
