Hi fellow members, I understand that in order for a foreigner to buy a condo in Thailand, he/she needs to remit funds from other countries to Thailand. But my question is; if he came from example, Singapore but the funds are remitted from another country, is he or she eligible to buy the condo here? Hope to hear from you fellows soon. Thank you.

Can come from anywhere outside Thailand.

As long as the funds come from overseas your all good to go ,as i did im from australia and i used funds coming from the New Zealand into my scb account here in Bangkok
