Anybody has a house or condo for 3 months rent for my friends?

I'm looking for a house or condo - 2 bedrooms for rent from November to January for my good friends. The best location is Chalong/Rawaii/Nai Harn, not on the hill, maybe at Land & Houses. A couple with 3 years old son.

Offers from real estate brokers are only "holiday villa rentals" which are radiculusly priced. My friends' budget is around 25kTHB per month + utility bills.
