best health insurance co in Thai?

Featured Replies

Is there a general consensus on the best health insurance co in Thai?

The one that pays out.

Probably best to purchase an international policy from the likes of BUPA for peace of mind.

How much do you want to spend?

no idea, what sort of options are we talking about?

BUPA and LMG are top picks among expats, in terms of Thai based providers...

But each have different plans, and different provisions. So you really need to get into the details of those, look at your budget, decide about deductible levels, inpatient only or inpatient and outpatient... Look at their treatment of different age groups... Coverage once you get past 60 or 65 in age.

It's a very important choice. Find a good English speaking insurance broker, and have them give you the details you need. Probably much better and more productive than trying to deal directly with the companies. And it doesn't add any cost to your policy.

go for BUPA, very efficient and reliable, they have many packages to choose from

Disagree, neither efficient nor reliable, better companies out there
