What is the Nation Thinking? Another abstract 'feel good' editorial? The 'people' have never been the boss. And much concentrated effort is made to ensure that they never will be.

Could it be that the army isn't the only ones that don't understand that the people are boss?

It would seem that those who infest inhabit parliament building don't understand either.

Politicians are far from perfect but they are chosen by the people and can be booted out by the people.The military in all its criminality, corruption and incompetence can never be voted out.
