July 21, 201312 yr Has Buddist Lent started yet? If so, isn't there a ban on alcohol sales in the bars? There's a god awful racket coming out of a bar on the lower part of soi 4. It's been going on a couple of hours & getting worse & louder. No one could put up with this <deleted> sober & I'm trying to dry out. This is hell for me.
