Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations for good health insurance brokers in BKK? Also, roughly how much does it cost for health insurance for 1 year for a male around 30 years old?

It depends on what kind of benefits you are looking for, what deductible you are willing to incur and your choice of coverage area. A good international expat-style hospital plan with around $500 deductible would cost you around $400, give or take. Adding outpatient benefits, $800 and up. It can vary widely though, depending on the variables mentioned above.

BUPA direct. no need for broker.

Still think it is the best provider. Not the cheapest, just no hassle no pay upfront and no claim back hassles.

Daft advice.

A broker will offer you more choice than a company or agent and you pay no more!
