Just came to think about it:

there is an awful nest of wires behind the glass of the headlight,

so tight that pressing the glass in until its possible to screw it can and has caused a crack.

Anyone know how much it should cost to have a welder create a new headlight that is slightly longer,

so that even I could press it in and secure it ?

(without destroying anything while i'm at it, i might add)

Well even the mechanics struggle to put it back, its waay too much stuff in too little volume,

those that messed it up wasnt really mechanics, they mount alarms,

but i think there should be enuff room so even a layman can do it

I just checked headlights on ebay, a new extra long one is $45 or 1400 baht,

typical it doesnt send to Thailand, i'll ask a friend if he bring one.
