Looking forward to AEC2015 - flying to the moon was definitely easier than this LA mess for neighbouring countries workers who would do the jobs the Thais are unwilling or unable to do ;-)

I just want to find out what she needs to do to get the migrant visa/wp.

I know i cant get it for her.

I have found out it can be done for Hotels/restaurants and maid work, but no one it seems to know what has to be done to get it

all other information is not helpfull so unless you have done it or know how, dont bother making coments, please

Why not just go and ask how to get a migrant visa for your maid.

Or ask an agent.

Oh, saw you just did that, well done.

The AEC will change nothing related to migrant workers. There is only a provision for a limited number of professions. It is nothing like the Europe..

I've done it a few times. A bit of running around but nothing too difficult..
