The highly-protested bill was passed by the Lower House by 300 against 124 votes

I guest the Thais don't remember General Suchinda and the massacre of the protesters of 1992. He was granter Amnesty Or Pardon. {same thing}... He was a Power crazed Fowl and got away with murder..... And now More criminals will be granted Amnesty for there crimes... This is not civilized.... and nether is this government.
