I'm looking to relocate to Thailand within the year and would appreciate your consideration for employment. I will actually be residing in the PiyaSab Village near Chulalongkorn University.

Age: 33

There isn't much left in the IT world that I haven't had some experience with, but here are a few I've spent the most time with.

-Remotely monitor banking and IT equipment with both third party and proprietary software.
-As a level II I am responsible for troubleshooting and monitoring WAN/LAN and Frame Relay networks.

-Server administration via VM ware and other remote tools is also required.

-Knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop VDI envirnments
-Active Directory maintenance for account related problems are also a part of a level II’s responsibilities.
-Perform the duties of a regular NOC Technician, with supervisory responsibilities.
-Senior techs maintain employee schedules, assign workflow and handle incident management. They report directly to the N O C Operations Manager.
-A Senior Tech has anywhere from 5 to 15 employees that they are responsible for; my team ranged in size from 4 to 6.

Technical Support Analyst and Implementation Support
-Remotely supported customers who used our proprietary software.
-Implemented HL7 standard gateway software that provides a communication link between our financial and clinical software packages.
-Supported software in hosted windows 2003 server environment.

-Serviced onsite clients.
-Troubleshoot and repair workstation, network, and software issues.
-Consulted with clients in their networking and software implementing options.

I speak only a little Thai, but I've owned and managed a Thai restaurant besides working full time in IT. I'm familiar with Thai culture and aware of some of the cultural challenges I might face in working in another country. I'm an Eagle Scout. I'm ITIL certified. I'm ready to start a career in Thailand with your company. I'm very confident in my abilities and looking forward to getting to use them for a good company.

Thank You
