Website help

I apparently lost some data on a website I own. On the opening page I had some "bullets" which when clicked on would take you to a different page. The bullets are not visible anymore but you can touch the screen and it will click on the page. I need someone to write the code I guess. Should be a piece of cake for a code writer I hope. if its a CSS based website, you may just need to reupload the CSS stylesheet.
