cheap room to rent for short time in chiang mai

hey,.. i am looking for a room for rent in guesthouse or apartment. it shoud be clean,air-condition,free wi-fi internet,freindly girls acess , near old city, or night bazar, prefered near Thaepa gate and it should be CHEAP. i am planing to visit chiang mai Marach next year 2014,.. any recomandation??? if anybody can help,..i really appreciate.

How much is cheap? I think on avg an a/c room starts in the 350B/day range.

I could see planning out a 5 star hotel 8+months in advance but to worry about getting a backpackers dream spot isn't too hard.

If you seriously expect information you need to be far more specific than just "cheap".

I think 2500 Baht is cheap, I have a friend that thinks 10,000 Baht is cheap, and my son thinks 200 baht is expensive !! What is cheap or expensive is a subjective assessment.
