How do I get the English commentary on the new AIS on air application for watching the EPL.

Just signed up for this last night. How does the billing work, does it get added to your AIS phone bill? If you are overseas at any point can you still view the highlights?

Yes, it's added to your monthly bill.

You can watch when you're abroad but every time you want to log on to watch a match you have to input a 'fresh one time password' which is sent to your Thai phone number via a text message. So you'd have to have your sim set up for international roaming and your phone on to receive that new OTP.

OK Cheers, got it.

Does anyone know how to connect the app to TV?

From what I know they restrict this.

As far as I'm aware you can't.

I did try connecting my tab via an HDMI lead. Works fine for 365 Sport and UKTV/Expat TV but with the AIS BPL app the picture is blocked and a message appeared on screen to tell me to unplug the HDMI lead.

Apparently there's copyright protection built into the app which detects any external connection and prevents viewing this way.

I also read up on several other options to connect to the TV and they all recognize the copyright protection and prevent viewing protected video so I didn't pursue it any further.

I now use 365 Sport. I can watch on my TV, laptop, tablet and phone plus, with their catch up option can watch football matches and other programs from up to five days ago.

Just a follow up on this service. I have cancelled mine today as the sound quality is terrible. This has been happening for most of this season. Constant echo as the commentary doesn't match the action whether you watch on 3G or wifi.

There are plenty of complaints about this on the App Store (IOS). It's a shame as this was a good service last season. If anyone is thinking of trying it, I wouldn't bother.
