Unless the leather is badly damaged, a better option might be a restoration of the existing leather. You can buy steering wheel kits like Leatherique for under $30 online. You remove the wheel, sand it down with 1500 grit sandpaper and then re-dye the wheel and seal it. If you really want new leather, any upholstery shop that does car seats will re-wrap your wheels - it's down to you to choose the quality of leather you want.
