I am an American. You may dislike me simply because of my nationality, or because of the content of the posts I have made over the years on TV.

But today I ask you to forget about me and to take one moment simply as a human being to remember our fellow human beings who were the victims of September 11 and who died in the Twin Towers.

I remember where I was when the first plane hit the first Twin Tower, just as I remember decades ago when my teacher, pale and in tears, told my class that President Kennedy had been assassinated in Dallas.

Thanks. And I hope none of us are ever the victims of these Jihad extremists.
