Aircards, Dongles & USB Internet Sticks

Featured Replies

I'm based in Jomtien and would like some recommendations on the topic title. There are various packages available and download speed seems to be the main price criteria. Does anyone have any thoughts to offer? Thanks

I bought USB Air Card from a Thai web site that works on all the frequencies - 800,850,900,1800,2100 and hence will work with all providers.

I've used it sucessfully with AIS 900, AIS 2100, True 3g all very sucessfully.

The Air Card/USB Dongle is actuall badged as Vodafone but is a Huawei model - cost approx 2,500B. I cannot remember the actual site but there's plenty if you Google air cards.

Although Air Card speeds do vary I think where you are, reception and phone package are the biggest factors.
