Change address on 5 year Thai driving licence

Appreciate any guidance on what is required.

I have held a visa and work permit for several years. Never done a 90 day report to immigration since I travel regularly for business

I am moving my residential from Bangkok to Chonburi and would like to update my driving licence with my new address

- what documents are required?

- can it be done at DoT in Bkk or does it need to be in Chonburi?

- do I have to re-register my address on work permit first or simply get a notarized doc from my embassy?

Appreciate if replies could focus on how to do it not questioning why I would want to do it and whether it is a waste of time. Thanks

Change work permit to your new address first.

When you move, then go to local DLT near your new address and change your license.

I just use my work address, that way if I move, no worries.

Of course if you change jobs often that does not work out well.
